As a Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of our mechanical systems and equipment. You play a key role in maintenance activities, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical improvement projects. Through your expertise, you contribute directly to the performance, safety, and continuity of our power plant operations.

In this role, you make a tangible impact on the availability, reliability, and overall success of our energy production facilities.

What will you do?

• Proactively contribute to the optimization of plant equipment and operational processes.

• Prepare and coordinate maintenance activities and project execution.

• Develop technical specifications and engineering documentation.

• Execute and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) projects.

• Contribute to planned outages and project implementation activities.

• Manage and maintain mechanical systems and equipment in line with long-term and mid-term maintenance plans (LTP/MTP).

• Prepare work plans and maintenance work packages.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive improvements.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of mechanical equipment and systems.

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

• Experience with maintenance strategies, projects, and failure analyses.

• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical systems, and technical processes.

• Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

EP NL Sloe Power Plant B.V. operates a modern power plant consisting of two Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) units, as well as the ZBL gas pipeline. With approximately 50 employees, we ensure reliable energy production every day.
